The site is served by two relatively close interstate interchanges that include I-10/Highway 30 and I-10/Highway 44. The owner of the site is currently going through the 404-permitting process for the jurisdictional wetlands on site and is planning to self-mitigate those areas. The owner has also agreed to raise the site to the required elevation of the base flood elevation in order to provide a more development ready site for future development.
